工作描述

任职要求
1、硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、信息检索或相关专业，国内双一流高校优先。 
2、1~3年相关工作经验，有跨境电商搜索、搜索相关性算法或NLP/LLM相关项目经验优先。 
3、熟悉信息检索理论与LLM算法，对自然语言处理有深入理解，具备扎实的算法基础。 
4、具备良好的编程能力，熟练掌握Python、Java等编程语言，熟悉主流深度学习框架。
5、具备较强的数据分析能力，能从海量数据中发现问题并提出解决方案。 
6、有发表CCF-A类论文或在计算机编程竞赛中获奖者优先。 
7、具备良好的团队合作精神，善于沟通，有创新意识和较强的学习能力。
