The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and the ambition to shape the role within our experienced Retail team. You thrive in cross-functional environments, are comfortable navigating ambiguity and are unafraid to roll up your sleeves to makes things happen.
Stationed in Bangkok, you will need to demonstrate a high degree of autonomy, flexibility and adaptability while collaborating effectively with all types of Regional and Local stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, tech, or other fast-moving, data-driven environments, ideally in roles related to Pricing, analytics, operations, project management, or competitive intelligence
- Previous Pricing experience is welcomed but not mandatory, provided you bring strong analytical rigor, ownership, and a willingness to learn
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with high attention to detail, accuracy, and data quality
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, trackers, and basic automation
- SQL skills to extract, analyze, and manipulate large data sets will be a plus
- Strong ownership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in managing or coordinating a team is a plus, but not mandatory

What Success Looks Like

In your first 6-12 months, you will:
- Ensure smooth and compliant execution of Local Pricing SOPs, and drive SOP improvement and adoption where necessary
