Qualifications
1. Legal licence to practice in China. Strong plus to have a qualification, LLM or other legal studies in the EU, UK or other recognised Commonwealth jurisdictions; 
2. In-house legal experience at a leading e-commerce platform or multinational corporation preferred, with a solid understanding of e-commerce business models and key compliance challenges, and/or cross-border trade transactions (such as import/export, logistics, payments, financing, etc.); 
3. Direct experience handling regulatory investigations, inquiries, or enforcement proceedings initiated by EU authorities preferred, particularly those conducted by customs, tax, and other relevant regulatory agencies;
