Qualifications
1. At least 5 continuous years of practice as a qualified lawyer. Current legal license (bar qualification) to practice in China and/or the US, England and Wales or Hong Kong; 
2. In-house legal experience at a leading e-commerce platform or multinational corporation preferred, with a solid understanding of e-commerce business models and key compliance challenges, and/or cross-border trade transactions (such as import/export, logistics, payments, financing, etc.); 
3. Direct experience handling regulatory investigations, inquiries, or enforcement proceedings initiated by overseas authorities preferred; 
4. Chinese and English language proficiency is essential;
