1. 本科及以上学历，1 年以上 AI 数据标注、数据采集或数据项目管理经验。
2. 有视频理解、计算机视觉、多模态、大模型数据、3D 数据或世界模型相关项目经验者优先。
3. 熟悉标注规范制定、试标培训、质量验收与返工流程，能够独立设计抽检方案并推动质检闭环。
4. 有外包供应商管理经验，具备独立管理供应商交付质量、进度与产能的能力。
5. 逻辑清晰、责任心强，具备良好的跨部门沟通、问题分析和项目推进能力。
