● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
● Minimum 6 years of experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, or controllership, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or technology.
● Proven experience managing payments or monetization finance, including payment channel economics, and subsidy/incentive budget management.
● Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
● Solid accounting background and understanding of financial process governance.
● Proficiency in financial systems and tools, especially SAP and Anaplan.
● Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
● Demonstrated track record of using AI tools to improve work efficiency, automate routine tasks, or enhance analysis and reporting.
