任职要求 1. 硕士及以上，计算机视觉 / 机器学习 / 机器人等相关专业；3 年以上大模型相关研发经验，或具备高质量论文 / 开源成果（不唯年限，重在深度）。 2. 熟悉世界模型 / 视频生成 / 视频预测 / 具身智能相关技术（diffusion、autoregressive video、latent dynamics model、video tokenizer、VLA 等），了解 Cosmos / GameNGen / Genie 类世界模型的思路。 3. 理解物理仿真与强化学习环境（MuJoCo、Isaac 及各类 game / robotics 仿真），能支撑生成式环境合成。 4. 熟悉视觉 / 视频质量指标（FVD、PSNR、SSIM 等）及其局限（视觉指标无法反映物理理解），能设计更贴合"世界模型有效性"的物理与功能性评测（对标 Physics-…
