工作描述
任职要求 1. 计算机、人工智能、模式识别、生物医学工程、应用数学等相关专业，硕士及以上学历。 2. 具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习和计算机视觉基础，对医学影像分析有深入理解或较强兴趣。 3. 具备较强的算法研究和创新能力，能够针对复杂问题提出新的技术方案，而不仅限于已有方法的复现和工程实现。 4. 熟悉至少一个或多个相关方向，包括但不限于：3D视觉与医学影像分析；自监督、弱监督或半监督学习；Transformer、视觉基础模型；多模态学习、视觉语言模型；大模型、Agent及工具增强推理；大规模数据训练、模型泛化与高效学习。 5. 具备良好的工程和实验能力，熟练使用Python、PyTorch等主流深度学习框架，能够独立完成算法设计、模型训练、实验分析…
