任职要求 学历&专业要求： 1、计算机科学、人工智能等相关专业本科及以上学历； 能力要求： 1、设计理解力：深入理解UX流程与设计语言体系，能将复杂设计知识转化为机器可读规则与Prompt结构； 2、AI工程力：熟悉智能体架构（如LangChain、LangGraph、CrewAI、OpenDevin 等）；能独立构建多Agent系统并优化任务规划； 3、RAG与数据管理能力：理解文本分块、embedding、检索排序机制；能构建知识库并持续维护其语义质量； 4、开发与脚本能力：掌握至少一种语言（Python / TypeScript），能实现API调用、数据清洗、工作流自动化； 5、Prompt Engineering 能力：能设计高鲁棒性（…
