工作描述
任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能、信息安全、网络安全、通信等相关专业优先； 2. 熟练Java/PHP/C++/Go/Python中的至少一种技术语言，具备良好的软件工程规范和代码质量意识；熟悉常用的数据结构和算法；熟悉多线程、高并发等相关技术 3. 了解大模型基本原理和典型应用场景；掌握大模型应用开发技术栈，包括但不限于提示词工程、检索增强、微调（Fine-tuning）、 Langchain 框架、MCP 协议、Skills、Workflow、Agent/Multi-Agent构建等； 4. 负责设计与实现面向风控业务场景的企业级Agent智能体，设计和研发领先的Agent模型与链路，持续优化智能体在高并发复杂场景下的稳定性、成功率与成本； 不断探索和应用前沿的AI技术和方法，将合适的技术方…
