● 具备良好的编程基础和计算机体系结构、集成电路设计等方向的研究和实践经验，能熟练运用硬件描述语言（如Verilog或VHDL）解决芯片设计问题。
● 在计算机体系结构顶级会议和期刊发表过高水平论文者优先。具有三维集成技术或SoC设计经验者优先。
● 热爱解决问题，喜欢学习新知识，具备良好的团队合作精神。
