任职要求 1.基础条件 ● 计算机、软件工程、人工智能 等相关专业优先。 2.专业能力 ● 扎实的计算机基础：具备扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法、网络和操作系统等相关知识，对大规模分布式系统有深刻理解。 ● 硬核的编程能力：熟练掌握C/C++、Python 等编程语言，掌握常见工程实践并具备优秀的Coding 能力，能根据场景灵活选型并快速上手。在AICoding上有深度的实践经验。 ● 熟悉异构硬件编程：熟悉CUDA编程，了解Tensorflow、PyTorch等机器学习平台，熟悉XLA/TensorRT/TVM 等机器学习编译器。 ● 理解分布式和云原生：具备构建复杂工程系统的潜力。熟悉现代云原生基础设施，例如 Kubernetes。 ● 熟悉Agent架构：对 Context Engineering、Prompt Engineering、AI-Memory 、主流Agent框架（LangChain 等）有一定理解，能够独立开发并优化Agent系统。 3.能力特质 ● 好奇心重： 对未知事物保持渴望，对新鲜技术忍不住要实践（手痒）。 ● 学习力强： 具备快速学习并跟进前沿技术进展的能力，并能将理论知识转化为工程…
