工作职责
1. 协助全球AI客户拓展:支持团队规模化开拓全球AI客户,参与覆盖AI原生企业、初创公司、AI开发商、AI数据服务商及正在进行AI转型的传统企业的客户触达与线索梳理工作,协助构建高转化率的AI客户销售漏斗; 2. 支持AI业务销售流程:协助负责国际市场AI MaaS业务的销售线索收集、商机跟进与客户沟通,通过线上和线下多渠道方式,配合解决方案和产品团队,参与从线索挖掘、方案交流到商务推进的全流程工作,助力Token用量和收入增长; 3. 市场调研与GTM策略支持:持续跟踪生成式AI前沿趋势,包括大模型演进、智能体(Agent)框架、AI基础设施架构及主要竞品动态,协助团队进行市场调研与分析,支持GTM策略的制定与优化; 4. AI客户关系维护:协助团队与全球AI导向型企业的技术决策者和业务负责人进行沟通与交流,参与客户拜访和会议,协助推动客户满意度与业务留存; 5. 跨部门协同支持:配合AI解决方案、产品、市场等团队的日常工作,协助策划并执行线上线下技术研讨会、Demo演示等活动,参与市场推广物料准备与活动组织。

Support Global AI Client Acquisition: Assist the team in scaling outreach to global AI clients—including AI-native startups, ISVs, AI data providers, and enterprises undergoing AI transformation—to help build a high-conversion sales pipeline through lead research, client profiling, and outreach support. 1. AI Sales Process Support: Support the full lifecycle of AI MaaS opportunities in EUS markets—from lead collection and qualification to client communication and deal progression—working alongside solution and product teams to drive token consumption and revenue growth. 2.Market Research & GTM Strategy Support: Track GenAI trends including foundation model evolution, agent frameworks, AI infrastructure, and competitor dynamics; assist with market research, analysis, and GTM strategy development. 3. AI Client Relationship Support: Assist the team in communicating with technical decision-makers and business leads at global AI-focused companies; participate in client visits and meetings to help drive satisfaction and retention. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Support: Work with AI solutions, product, and marketing teams on day-to-day activities; assist in planning and executing technical workshops, demos, and campaigns; help prepare marketing materials and organize events.

1. Technical Solution Design & Implementation •Requirement Analysis: Deep dive into client needs, analyze business scenarios, and design customized LLM application solutions •Architecture Design: Create scalable, high-performance LLM application architectures including data processing pipelines and model integration strategies •Technical Validation: Build proof-of-concept (POC) to validate technical feasibility and demonstrate value •Deployment Execution: Lead on-site deployment, configuration optimization, and performance monitoring of LLM applications 2. Programming Development Requirements •Framework Mastery: Proficient in VLM, RAG, LangChain, and other AI frameworks for development •Vector Database Expertise: Skilled in designing and optimizing Milvus, Pinecone, and other vector databases •Prompt Engineering: Advanced prompt design and agent development skills to optimize model output quality •Integration Development: API integration capabilities for seamless LLM system integration •Deployment Tools: Familiarity with LLM application deployment frameworks 3. Client Interaction & Support •On-site Support: Provide professional technical support on client premises, quickly resolving technical challenges •Product Demonstrations: Conduct expert product demonstrations and technical presentations •Training Services: Deliver comprehensive training to client teams to enhance usage efficiency and satisfaction •Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted technical advisor 4. Agile Response & Project Management •Rapid Response: Timely resolution of client issues ensuring SLA compliance •Problem Diagnosis: Systematic troubleshooting of complex technical issues •Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal R&D, product, and sales teams to drive project success •Continuous Follow-up: Regular client check-ins to understand evolving needs and recommend upgrade solutions 5.
