任职要求 2028 年秋季毕业的硕士及以上在校生，计算机、人工智能、数学、统计等相关专业优先。 理解 LLM / Agent 工作机制及 Prompt Engineering 方法，熟悉大模型推理链路、Prompt 组织方式、RAG、Memory、Tool Use 等 Agent 常见架构，对“上下文如何影响模型行为”有较强理解；能够围绕 Context 注入、任务相关性选择、Token Budget 管理和上下文裁剪策略进行工程落地与效果优化。 具备扎实的编程与算法基础，熟练使用 Python，具备良好的实验分析、问题拆解和跨团队协作能力。 工作职责 设计并建设 Agent Contex…
