任职要求 具体职责 根据业务需要与个人兴趣，参与以下方向的一项或多项： 1. Agent 应用开发 ● 参与 Agent / SubAgent / Tool 及工作流节点的设计与开发，把复杂的业务需求落地为可运行的智能体系统 2. AI 基础设施建设 ● 参与编排内核、状态持久化、模型路由等核心基础设施的建设与演进 ● 建设日志、追踪与诊断工具，让每一次 Agent 执行都可观测、可追溯 3. 服务与工程模块开发 ● 负责服务接口、配置管理、Prompt 管理等工程模块的开发 4. 工程质量与治理 ● 编写单元测试、集成测试与验证脚本，保障系统质量 ● 参与缺陷修复、代码重构与架构治理，配合联调与回归 任职要求 1. 基…
