任职要求
基础能力： 1.计算机相关专业,1年以上Java开发经验，Java基础扎实，熟练掌握面向对象设计和编程方法，有多线程使用经验，熟悉IO、分布式、缓存、消息中间件等机制和技术能力。 2.熟悉Spring、SpringMVC、MyBatis或其他主流开发框架，熟悉Linux下的常用命令、MySQL等主流的数据库；有丰富的系统架构和设计的经验，善于解决高并发，分布式通信，存储等方面的问题。 软性能力： 3.具备良好的系统和架构抽象设计能力，思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题，责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神和承受压力的能力。 4.有良好的项目规划和决策能力，善于捕捉业务需求、架构设计中存在的问题，并给出有效的解决措施和方法 加分项： 5.掌握主流前端框架（React/Vue）和组件（Antd等），熟悉Node.js技术栈，能够进行全栈开发者优先 6.熟悉主流大模型技术原理，具有大模型应用开发经验，了解Prompt Engineering原理，有实际调优经验；熟悉RAG架构/AI评测及大模型部署优化，熟练使用主流AI辅助工具技术者优先 7.有国际化工作经验或具备英文沟通能力者优先。
工作职责
1.负责alibaba国际站物流供应链产品的相关系统架构设计及研发，与产品密切配合，从需求出发主导和参与开发工作，高效交付，解决各类潜在系统技术风险，保证系统的安全、稳定、高效运行。 2.具有独立完成复杂的系统分析、设计的能力，高质量高效率的完成核心编码开发；积极参与团队卓越工程，持续提升系统整体性能和稳定性。 3.在做好业务能力支撑的前提下，具有技术调研、架构优化、性能调优能力，能深入理解并参与业务研发；积极参与业务方向讨论，提出优化建议，技术驱动业务发展 4.有良好的自驱力，能紧跟技术前沿，主动学习新技术，针对不断增长/变化的业务需求，积极使用AIGC等新技术，完成项目的技术选型、设计和落地。
