Conduct risk assessment on user profile. Monitor and analyze risk indicators to finetune underwriting and portfolio management policy • Prepare and analyze risk reports such as portfolio performance, industry exposure, vendor performance and historical customer trends • Coordinate with modeling team on risk tools development including decision scorecards and responsible for risk model evaluation and continuously monitor its performance to ensure the stability and accuracy of risk strategy • Support conceptualization development for new credit products suitable for retail markets • Track and monitor the full credit cycle performance and risk appetite metrics. • Evaluate and influence to balanced business growth in the form of policy refinement and credit testing • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices • Support country with portfolio deep-dive analyses and provide insights with recommendations on policy changes to improve portfolio quality. • Collaborate with Business teams, Product teams, Engineering teams and Ops team to balance risk management target with business target and user experience
THE ROLE This role will work as Senior role to support IT Risk and Compliance lead (China & APAC) in Information Security areas, and to effectively collaborate with stakeholders to develop policies/processes, identify issues and risks, suggesting risk remediation strategies and driving towards compliance. RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and maintain Tesla Information Security policies, frameworks, guidance and metrics based on internal, domestic and industrial information security regulations and standards, such as ISO27001, ISO27701, NIST, etc. • Collaborate with Product owners, Engineers, and Business process owners, and system owners to ensure security process are well established and followed. • Support in cyber compliance programs including China Cybersecurity Law (CSL), China Data Security Law (DSL) and Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) compliance. • Assist in IT Governance, Risk and Compliance team in documenting and reporting control deficiencies upon discussion with business owners, Internal Auditors and collaborate with business owners regarding recommendations to address the root cause of issues and report support implementation of management remedial actions.

Responsibilities： 1. In depth understanding of different business models in Ant International. 2. Perform risk analysis and due diligence of merchants for risk types include but are not limited to fraud, account takeover, money laundering, sales bans and restrictions, etc. 3. Reply risk enquires from different banking partners with proper information. 4. Provide knowledge feedback to risk policies/strategies team to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

We’re seeking Risk Strategy professionals who are passionate about data analytics and want to be a part of the evolution for the next generation of risk management. Responsibilities: 1. Support Ant International business growth, ensure the safety of merchant account, manage multiple type of risk such as identity fraud, scam, abuse and account take-over at both merchant and transaction level 2. Act as the expert of risk strategy and decision, leverage quantitative methods to quickly identify fraud events through expert experience and the analysis of historical data, constantly develop, design and implement data-driven risk management framework, strategy and model to mitigate risk 3. In depth understanding of merchant collection, cross-border FX transfers and international payments business, conduct analysis of product performance and monitoring of merchant activities across the customer lifecycle to ensure the balance between risk and customer experience 4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across function such as product and technical teams to ensure risk solution are delivered timely and track the effect of risk solution continuously
