任职要求

1、熟悉跨境支付/资金结算行业，了解国际互联网或电子商务行业，愿意在国际电子商务零售，国际用户支付、资金结算、金融等发展上全身心投入
2、有支付、资金结算相关从业经验、尤其是平台、零售业务支付&资金类体验设计，并了解境外的支付渠道、风控、资金清算、资金跨境结算等行业知识
3、英语熟练，能用英文进行日常工作交流，擅长跨文化的学习与沟通
4、有良好的全局观念，思路清晰敏捷，沟通协调能力、决断能力强

Job Requirements:
1. Familiar with the cross-border payment/fund settlement industry, knowledgeable about the international e-commerce industry, and willing to fully commit to the development of international e-commerce, international user payment, fund settlement, and finance.
2. Experience in payment and fund settlement, especially in platform and retail business payment & fund experience design, and understanding of overseas payment rules, fund clearing, cross-border fund settlement, risk control and other industry knowledge.
3. Proficient in English, able to conduct daily work communications in English, and skilled in cross-cultural learning and communication.
4. Possess a good overall perspective, clear and agile thinking, strong communication and coordination skills, and strong decision-making abilities.

工作职责

1、负责跨境/国际本地支付&结算产品，面向用户和商家，依托用户、平台、商家的关系设计匹配电商业务布局的解决方案并有效落地
2、为网站的支付体验负责，结合业务/国家特性，协同内部相关团队及外部支付机构、银行、金融机构完成支付收单能力搭建和优化，持续打磨消费者体验和支付转化
3、匹配电商供给升级，支撑各模式下的资金结算能力，提升商家的资金体验并为平台资金安全负责
4、根据数据分析及用研分析，拓展与电商场景结合的支付、金融场景服务及新模式

Job Description:
1. Responsible for cross-border/local payment & settlement products, designing solutions that match the e-commerce business layout based on the relationship between users, platforms and merchants.
2. In charge of the payment experience, working in conjunction with internal teams and external payment institutions, banks and financial institutions to build and optimize payment capabilities, and continuously refine consumer experience and payment conversion rate, taking into account business/country characteristics.
3. Matching the upgrade of e-commerce supply, supporting the settlement capabilities under various modes, enhancing the merchants fund settlement experience, and being responsible for the platform's fund security.
4. Based on data analysis and user research analysis, expand payment and financial scene services combined with e-commerce scenarios and explore new modes.
