1. 本科以上学历,5年以上的综合买手工作经验,需要对销售和库存考核,Fashion品类优先;

1. 负责时尚品类的买手leader,有相关品类的开发,采购,销售,运营等工作经验。统筹制定开发和上新过程中相关环节,通过有效监控和及时调整策略,保证开发和上新的完成; 2. 需要对品类和小组商品的销售,动销,利润,库存周转等数据指标进行监控,同时根据公司战略,制定部门或组内战略目标,针对年度/季度/月度开发目标进行规划和落地,确保业务健康持续的发展; 3. 需要对小组成员进行培训,管理,沟通,确保每条业务线的成长; 4. 市场机会挖掘,持续引入和管理供应商,定期对供应商进行评估与沟通,确保商品的持续性供给。
1. Assist in implementing the Choice business strategies, standards, and SOPs formulated by the regional team to ensure that local business operations follow the established directions. 2. Establish good cooperative relationships with local suppliers and partners, expand business resources, and promote the continuous development of the business. 3. Serve as a communication bridge between the local team and the regional team, and accurately and promptly convey the needs and information of both sides to ensure efficient and smooth business collaboration. 4. Collaborate with and track the local BD and buyer teams in the daily operation and management of the local product inventory, including tasks such as product listing, inventory control, and price adjustment, to improve the sales performance of local products. 5. Handle various problems and emergencies that arise during the implementation of local business, coordinate resources from all parties to solve them, and maintain the continuous operation of the business. 6. Participate in formulating marketing activity plans for the local market, integrating regional strategies with local characteristics to enhance the market competitiveness of the business.
1. 负责Lazada Choice印尼市场的库存计划及管理工作,优化库存周转率和库存准确性。 2. 运用数据分析工具,对历史销售数据、市场需求及供应链表现进行分析,制定科学的库存管理策略。 3. 协调供应链各环节,确保库存补货计划按时执行,避免缺货或过剩。 4. 监控库存动态,定期生成库存报告,分析库存异常情况并提出改进建议。 5. 支持需求预测,协助制定销售计划,并与供应商、仓库等部门保持紧密沟通。 6. 与其他团队(如买手、运营、市场)协作,推动业务流程优化和效率提升。 7. 参与供应链相关项目,协助完成数据分析和流程改进工作。 1. Be responsible for inventory planning and management of Lazada Choice in Indonesia, optimizing inventory turnover rate and accuracy. 2. Utilize data analysis tools to analyze historical sales data, market demand, and supply chain performance, and formulate scientific inventory management strategies. 3. Coordinate with various supply chain stakeholders to ensure timely execution of inventory replenishment plans and avoid stockouts or overstock. 4. Monitor inventory dynamics, generate regular inventory reports, analyze anomalies, and provide improvement suggestions. 5. Support demand forecasting, assist in developing sales plans, and maintain close communication with suppliers and warehouse departments. 6. Collaborate with other teams (e.g., buyers, operations, marketing) to drive business process optimization and efficiency improvements. 7. Participate in supply chain-related projects, assisting in data analysis and process improvement tasks.
