工作职责
1.对负责类目销售额增长与P&L负责; 2.商品分层运营:打造爆款商品,根据用户洞察,完成商品定义,采买,上架,GTM到用户满意度全链路管理; 3.商品生命周期管理:制定合理的商品生命周期管理策略,及时完成商品迭代与汰换,保持商品竞争力; 4.商品进销存管理:合理制定商品销售计划,合理预测商品销量,配合供应商与买手团队提升类目商品周转效率; 5.活动运营与规划:配合营销进行活动圈品和运营。
1、负责Choice 国家维度销售策略制定与执行,推动业务增长,达成销售目标及损益目标。 2、分析市场趋势和竞品动态,为产品线优化和促销活动提供策略建议。 3、协调跨部门资源,与供应链、买手、产品、营销等部门紧密合作,确保销售计划的顺利实施。 4、监控销售数据,管理价格及货盘的生命周期,定期进行业务分析,优化运营流程,提升销售效率。 5、培养和管理销售团队,提升团队整体业绩,确保团队成员的成长和发展。 1、Responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies on the Lazada Choice Venture to drive business growth and achieve sales and margin targets. 2、Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics, providing strategic recommendations for product line optimization and promotional activities. 3、Coordinate cross-functional resources, working closely with supply chain, marketing, buyer and product departments to ensure smooth execution of sales plans. 4、Monitor sales data, conduct regular business analysis, optimize operational processes, and enhance sales efficiency. 5、Develop and manage the sales team, improving overall team performance and ensuring individual growth and development.

S&OP流程参与:积极参与销售与运营计划(Sales & Operations Planning, S&OP)流程,确保需求预测与整体业务战略的一致性。 5. 市场洞察与响应:跟踪市场动态、竞争环境变化以及消费者行为趋势,据此调整需求计划,有效应对市场波动。 6. 绩效监控与报告:定期评估预测准确性,使用关键性能指标(KPIs)监控计划执行效果,为决策层提供清晰透明的需求计划报告。 7. 持续改进:不断探索和应用新的预测方法和技术,推动需求预测和供应链管理流程的持续改进与优化。
1、负责Lazada跨境平台的运营策略制定,包括但不限于商品策略、价格策略、促销策略,以提升平台整体销售和用户增长。 2、分析市场趋势和竞品数据,为业务决策提供数据支持,优化运营效果,确保业务目标的达成。 3、协同各部门,如商品、营销、技术等,推动策略落地执行,解决执行过程中的问题,确保策略的高效实施。 4、持续监控和评估策略效果,根据业务反馈进行策略调整,以实现业务的持续优化和增长。 5、参与跨区域项目,与全球团队合作,分享最佳实践,提升Lazada在全球市场的竞争力。 1、Responsible for formulating operational strategies on the Lazada platform, including but not limited to product strategies, pricing strategies, and promotional strategies, to enhance overall sales and user growth. 2、Analyze market trends and competitor data to provide data-driven insights for business decisions, optimize operational performance, and ensure the achievement of business objectives. 3、Collaborate with departments such as product, marketing, and technology to facilitate strategy implementation, resolve issues that arise, and ensure efficient execution. 4、Continuously monitor and evaluate strategy effectiveness, adjusting strategies based on business feedback to drive ongoing optimization and growth. 5、Participate in cross-regional projects, working with global teams to share best practices and enhance Lazada's competitiveness in the global market.
1.通过高效预约与上门拜访,寻找愿与美团 Keeta 合作的餐饮商户并达成合作协议; 2.协助合作餐厅在平台开设外卖网店,并且能为商户提供线上业务管理培训; 3.为商家的外卖业务运营提供专业方案,帮助商家提升营业额,与keeta一起合作共赢; 4.定期回访合作餐厅,维护客户关系,协同各部门处理解决日常疑问。 1.Identify and secure partnerships with restaurants willing to collaborate with Meituan Keeta through efficient scheduling and in-person visits, negotiating cooperation agreements. 2.Assist partner restaurants in setting up online delivery stores on the platform and provide training for managing their online business operations . 3.Offer professional solutions for merchants' takeout business operations, assist merchants in increasing their turnover, and achieve win - win cooperation with Keeta. 4.Conduct regular follow-ups with partner restaurants to maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate with various departments to resolve daily inquiries.
