We are seeking a dynamic Manager to drive the success of Lazada Sponsored Solutions across Southeast Asia, covering Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia. In this role, you will craft data-driven strategies, advise cross-border sellers, and lead go-to-market initiatives for new product solutions—all aimed at maximizing the impact of our digital advertising platform. The ideal candidate combines strong product management, data analytics, and B2B marketing skills with an in-depth understanding of platform-based and digital advertising business models. You will play a pivotal role in promoting the adoption of Lazada Sponsored Solutions and driving growth for our e-commerce ecosystem. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute B2B product strategies and marketing campaigns designed to boost seller engagement and success. • Craft compelling product positioning and narratives that resonate with our target customers and set our solutions apart in Southeast Asia. • Clearly articulate the unique value propositions of Lazada Sponsored Solutions to both internal and external stakeholders. • Lead the creation of engaging and informative marketing content across assigned product domains and projects. • Manage end-to-end product launches, ensuring consistent communication with all stakeholders and timely delivery of key deliverables. • Drive successful B2B marketing campaigns primarily through our owned channels. • Monitor key performance metrics and analyze data to uncover growth opportunities. • Conduct thorough market research to identify target seller segments, understand their needs, and analyze relevant product use cases. • Develop detailed seller personas to inform product positioning and messaging strategies. • Collaborate with the account management team, providing them with the insights and tools necessary to effectively promote Lazada Sponsored Solutions. • Oversee critical B2B marketing operations, including governance and traffic generation, to support overall campaign success.
• Leads a team of BDs and collaborate with a broad functional teams to manage accounts of significant size, depth, and complexity specifically focused on the specific industry. • Continues to hire and build out a high performance enterprise BD team with deep specific industry expertise. Ensures clarity in assignment of territories / customer account, set goals and quota, pipeline development etc.. • Builds a team culture focused on long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, ensuring AWS’s customer obsession culture remains at the forefront of team’s focus. • Aligns multiple stakeholders and lines of business in and across accounts that required complex decision-making process, including multiple company executives across both the customer and AWS. Role requires influencing and orchestrating BD activities and teams across multiple geographies. • Deeply understands the opportunities within the customers and their business needs and finds new ways to articulate these as commercial constructs. Represents customer needs and helps define product requirements to improve adoption and overall customer satisfaction. • Negotiates critical relationships and agreements with customers, suppliers or other external partners at the higher levels. May acts as the escalation point for non-standard agreement terms, including need to employ higher level management to help close agreement. • Operates with significant discretion, taking actions to resolve problems on behalf of their team and/or issues that are impeding the business. Regularly provides learning and expertise that influences broader industry cloud adoption. • Interacts with senior management or executive levels to gain support for items that require escalation while writing convincing and professional documents that require limited direction on matters of importance to company or customers, reviews and provides feedback and coaching to members of the team for the same. • Builds credibility with, earns the trust of, and influences C-level client contacts and internal stakeholders. • Influential with executive-level leadership. May be required to speak externally or otherwise evangelize AWS platform, services and customers across the specific industry more broadly.
- Product Management: Own and execute large, complex studies end to end — including scoping with business leaders, designing methodologies, collecting and analyzing data, generating recommendations and presenting results to senior leaders. - Strategic research: Translate complex business problems into analytical requirements and hypotheses. THE ROLE: We are in search of an experienced program manager with strong analytical, problem-solving and risk management skills Ability to work efficiently and manage effective relationships in a cross-functional organization to meet commitments for successful customer program launches. Must be self-directed and work in complex and dynamic ecosystems THE PERSON: As a Program Manager you will partner with our cross functional teams to manage customer accounts and their portfolio, understand our customers platforms/solutions. Identify and document customer requirements and establish engineering schedules. Drive AMD product solution deliverables and alignment with customers' platforms to ensure highest level customer satisfaction throughout their product lifecycle. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Primary support contact in development and sustaining customer programs Develop customer specific solutions with full product cycle technical support, feasibility verification, and project management throughout the entire development process. Align with cross-functional teams (Marketing,Sales,Engineering,) on customer engagement, with emphasis on driving technical enablement/communications, technical support, and debug/issue resolution Coordinate on-time delivery of all engineering project deliverables into customer development projects Provide detailed level engineering schedules, resource requirements, and status reporting for customer ODM projects from design inception to mass production Identify program risks and develop mitigation plans Manage customer critical issues and escalations Manage customer sampling requirements in development Drive for highest levels of customer satisfaction
• Drive revenue and market share growth in a defined territory of Auto industry vertical. • Identify and engage independent customers or any other customers assigned by the company. • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets. • Develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory plan. • Accelerate customer adoption. • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and reporting. • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption. • Possess the technical ability to explain (but not implement) cloud computing, infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, data center services), and internet architectures (firewalls, load balancers, etc.). • Develop case studies. • Manage contract negotiations. • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts. • Develop account plans for key accounts and territories. • Ensure customer satisfaction (managing pre-sales and post-sales customer experience). • Expect moderate travel within the region.
