任职要求
1. 3-5年游戏行业经验,具备欧美游戏厂商资源; 2. 具备资深商务谈判合作能力,第一时间了解游戏风向市场变化,可根据运营团队需求快速锁定合作方并达成合作; 3. 熟悉跨国公司间合同签署,支付,税务处理等相关流程,并有相关合作经验。 4. 具备独立工作能力,逻辑思维能力强,可针对游戏生态变化及时做出相应调整,思维灵活不被固有经验限制,具有创新能力及开拓精神; 5. 善于内部沟通,协作及推进,具有较强的对内推进及协调能力;具备较高的责任心,对自己的工作项目交付结果负责; 6. 英语可以作为工作语言(商务沟通),有电商平台游戏销售经验优先;
工作职责
1. 负责电商平台游戏分销业务的欧美合作方引入的商务流程,包含商务拓展,商务谈判,合约签署&支付,客情维护等; 2. 围绕团队销售目标,针对欧美地区统筹规划潜力游戏引入,并协同运营落地销售计划 3. 结合游戏厂商需求和痛点,联动团队提供定制化解决方案,保障达成合作及厂商合作满意度; 4. 对欧美游戏市场有全面了解,针对不同品类游戏用户地区分布,用户规模,游戏生命周期等有全面了解,并及时向内部团队传递市场信息;可以快速了解行业变化,抓住游戏发行合作新机会; 5. 负责把控合作项目关键节点和进度,协助问题解决,确保合作产品按时上线并拿到预期结果。
1. Plan and execute various platform level promotions: include big promotion such as Black Friday or seasonal rebajas, to drive platform level uplift and make the sales reach to new height, and several monthly campaigns which serve different objectives: increase seasonal sub-categories, boost re-purchase rate, assist incubation, drive top brands or top assortment 2. Think from both seller and buyer points of view. 3. Leverage analytical data to point out the critical factors or measurable metrics to enhance promotion performance, improve SOP or raise new promotional initiatives. 4. Work with Product and User Experience Design team to identify improvement areas that can largely improve business results and better user experience.

Responsibilities: Key tasks and responsibilities: • Collect, clean, and maintain user data from various sources including marketing platforms, mobile app, web analytics etc. • Be the expert in using data to measure and analyze business performance in each our markets and lines of business. • Collaborate with product managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity for improving user growth and engagement. • Lead new data analytics capability rollouts and/or data-led initiatives throughout Arise Project • Analyze user behavior data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve user engagement, retention and acquisition. • Design market/business intelligence reports and performance measurement dashboards to share with senior management• Perform ad-hoc business analysis, to drill down on certain business challenges, providing conclusions and advice based on data analysis. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of user growth initiatives and make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
1.Management Reporting & Performance Tracking Actively engage in budget, forecasting, and planning processes to ensure alignment between business strategies and financials; Prepare and deliver high-quality financial reports and KPI dashboards to management, offering actionable insights that support goal achievement and performance accountability. 2.Decision Support Provide data-driven insights and financial modeling for key initiatives such as new projects, pricing strategy, ROI analysis, and cost optimization, enabling informed and timely business decisions. 3. Business Support & Financial Analysis Act as a strategic partner to business teams by deeply understanding the operating model, delivering regular P&L, cost, and profitability analysis, and supporting sustainable financial growth. 4.Cross-functional Collaboration & Process Improvement Work closely with functions such as PD, Tax, HR, Legal, and accounting to ensure compliance and drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and overall operational efficiency.
