任职要求


Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years working experience in graphic、brands and Visual design. Experience in e-commerce is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills to present well and explain design solutions to cross-functional teams
- Good teamwork spirit and sense of responsibility, communicate well as part of a regional design team
- Good knowledge of current design trends, AI, tools and software like Figma, Photoshop, Midjourney, Lora, SD (Knowledge of Illustrator is an added advantage)
- Ability to speak, read, and write basic English
- Ability to create animation/prototype will be desirable.

具备出色的沟通与协作能力,能够向跨职能团队出色地展示并阐释设计方案。
拥有良好的团队合作精神和责任感,作为区域设计团队的一员能够进行有效沟通。
熟悉当下设计趋势、人工智能,熟练掌握Figma、Photoshop、Midjourney、Lora、Stable Diffusion等工具和软件(掌握Illustrator更佳)。
具备基本的英语听说读写能力。
若具备制作动画/原型的能力则更佳。

工作职责


We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented UI designer to join the UED team.
This Regional UED team is responsible for the user experience and product design communication of Lazada platform, mainly covering  Buyer scenario, as well as innovative Branding and AI related projects.
With "User-Centered Design” as our main focus, we are committed to building a No.1 Southeast Asia user experience platform.
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for the platform’s brand and related visual creative design work, including but not limited to brand communication, various online H5 pages, offline events, and merchandise design.
- Participate in creative proposals for various projects, able to handle varied design styles, with a strong aesthetic sense and personal insights on current, young, trendy and avant-garde design trends.
- Possess excellent visual expression skills and clear brand strategic thinking.
