We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented UI designer to join the UED team. This Regional UED team is responsible for the user experience and product design communication of Lazada platform, mainly covering Buyer scenario, as well as innovative Branding and AI related projects. With "User-Centered Design” as our main focus, we are committed to building a No.1 Southeast Asia user experience platform. Job responsibilities: - Responsible for the platform’s brand and related visual creative design work, including but not limited to brand communication, various online H5 pages, offline events, and merchandise design. - Participate in creative proposals for various projects, able to handle varied design styles, with a strong aesthetic sense and personal insights on current, young, trendy and avant-garde design trends. - Possess excellent visual expression skills and clear brand strategic thinking. 我们正在寻找一位富有创意、充满热情且注重细节的用户界面(UI)设计师加入用户体验设计(UED)团队。 这个区域用户体验设计团队负责Lazada平台的用户体验及产品设计沟通工作,主要涉及买家场景,以及创新品牌推广和人工智能相关项目。 我们以“以用户为中心的设计”为核心重点,致力于打造东南亚排名第一的用户体验平台。 工作职责: 负责平台的品牌及相关视觉创意设计工作,包括但不限于品牌传播、各类线上H5页面、线下活动以及商品设计。 参与各类项目的创意提案,能够驾驭多种设计风格,对当下、年轻、时尚和前卫的设计趋势有强烈的审美感知和个人见解。 具备出色的视觉表达能力和清晰的品牌战略思维 。
• Responsible on creative conceptualize, core campaign idea, craft, and lead the visual execution and video content creation for product marketing campaigns. • Responsible for the product into the global visual experience of the worldwide market, including core creative ideas, visual content management, and layout. Transforming marketing objectives into a cohesive and powerful visual narrative that lives seamlessly across different channels, platforms. • Develop and present compelling creative concepts, mood boards, and visual frameworks to internal teams and multiples region. • Responsible for the product series art direction, including but not limited to product series' key visuals, product proofs, typography design, editorial design, KSP video, contents idea and other creative collateral materials creation. • Independently responsible for designing assets for marketing campaigns and closely working with other departments with efficient communication and cooperation, having the capabilities to create a full campaign works and ideas. • Work closely with producer and copywriter, production and be able to filter the most relevant business needs and work with them on image/video assignments to achieve global standards of work. Participate in manufacturer's projects to analyze key product features, implement insight targeting metrics, develop messaging and generate clear and simple presentations for advertising agencies, manufacturers or production companies. 负责产品营销活动的创意构思、核心 Campaign 创意、美术设计,并主导视觉执行与视频内容创作。 负责产品进入全球市场的整体视觉体验,包括核心创意、视觉内容管理与版式设计,将营销目标转化为连贯而有力的视觉叙事,并实现跨渠道、跨平台的无缝呈现。 开发并向内部团队及多个区域呈现具有吸引力的创意概念、情绪板和视觉框架。 负责产品系列的艺术指导,包括但不限于:核心主视觉、产品打样、字体设计、编辑设计、KSP 视频、内容创意及其他相关创意物料制作。 独立负责营销活动所需物料的设计,并与其它部门高效沟通、紧密协作,具备完整 Campaign 作品与创意的创作能力。 与制片、文案及制作团队紧密合作,能够精准筛选最相关的业务需求,协同完成图片/视频任务,以达到国际水准的工作成果。分析核心产品特性,落实洞察目标指标,开发传播信息,并为广告公司、供应商制作清晰简明的提案。
