In Lazada, we believe that people and organizational strategy is as critical as business strategy to drive Lazada’s growth and impact in the Philippines.
We are looking for a Talent Development Manager to collaborate with our business leaders to solve business and organizational challenges through people-related solutions.
Reporting to the Country CPO (Chief People Officer), this role will work closely with business leaders to provide thoughtful and relevant solutions based on a deep understanding of the market, business and HR methodology, to shape business transformation, build organizational capability, leadership strength and a performance culture.

Key tasks and responsibilities
• Understand Lazada’s business and build strong relationships with stakeholders to co-create our talent strategy and implementation plan, and to ensure these are aligned with business priorities.
• Act as a thought partner to the business in solving talent problems and identifying their root causes. Design and implement solutions to address these, collaborating with cross functional teams and supporting the talent agenda and needs of the organization.
• Drive organization and people-related programs – new hire journey, leadership development, talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, learning and development initiatives, among others.
• Leverage and balance qualitative and quantitative data to support decisions and drive programs to improve overall organization health and sustainability.
• Advocate and be a role model of our company culture, driving initiatives improve the overall employee experience and to build and strengthen our desired culture.
