Category P&L Ownership & Growth Metrics: ● Own and manage the P&L and growth metrics for the category across Lazada’s six markets (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam). ● Oversee annual budget allocation and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded. Category Strategy Development & Execution ● Identify new opportunities, adapt global trends to regional markets, and align initiatives with Lazada’s goals. ● Leverage historical data and market insights to inform decisions and improve customer experience. ● Curate a product offering that aligns with customer profiles, positioning Lazada as the top destination. ● Share best practices and foster collaboration within the regional team to maximize efficiency. Seller Acquisition & Brand Development ● Develop strategies to onboard high-quality sellers and brands. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with key local and international sellers to secure optimal terms and quality. ● Drive brand development and acquisition efforts to strengthen Lazada’s market position. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment ● Lead and motivate the on-ground teams by setting clear deliverables, targets, and expectations. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, user growth, etc.) to ensure seamless strategy execution. ● Align commercial, marketing, retail, and logistics functions to deliver exceptional service to customers. ● Coach and develop a team of cluster leads and account managers, ensuring they are skilled, motivated, and aligned with business objectives.
The Regional Strategic Account Lead role is responsible for owning and driving strategic relationship and growth of our global FMCG accounts, together with our local category teams, empowering their brand success on LazMall in Lazada. Reporting to Regional Strategic Accounts Category Director, you will be responsible for: • Business planning - target setting, performance tracking, business reviews • Strategic partnership development and relationship management -top Global FMCG group companies • Retail Planning, P&L understanding and Trade terms negotiations • Promotional Planning including campaign planning and NPD launches regionally. • Analytical- data insights to improve and support business & retail plans • Developing & implementing processes for regional partnerships • Managing tech product roadmap to support new innovations and enhance UX for respective categories & group companies • Capability development and regular close collaboration with local teams in joint business planning for respective Group companies • Business development - identify new trends and brands to support constant growth on Lazada • Preparing for & presenting in partnership meetings with clients
1. Procurement manager for Xiaomi Munich, Germany, with procurement scopes covering indirect procurement. Target to establish and continuously maintain the supplier pool, supplier management and optimize the procurement process management and align with regional and HQ management guidelines; 2. Set up and manage the supplier pool by category to support the stakeholder departments, to ensure all the execution could go well and efficiently, and keep optimizing deliverables' quality, cost and efficiency to contribute to better business success; 3. Develop the procurement strategy by category, to promote procurement's profession sustainably, to improve the coverage of frame agency, to manage the whole process from PR to payment and to avoid compliance risk; 4. Conduct supplier selection (including bidding) for all the categories to filter the excellent frame agency and implement PO under the frame contract, set up long-term relationship with high-quality suppliers to improve procurement efficiency and service quality; 5. Assist regional procurement works, in-depth understanding of company's business, control the stakeholder's demands to make a comprehensive resource plan, and promote the satisfactions with stakeholders all the time.
