任职资格
● 拥有传播学、英语、语言学、本地化、设计、人机交互或相关专业的本科学历
● 3 年以上 UX 写作、内容设计或相关产品内容岗位经验

● 拥有与产品、设计、工程、研究等跨职能团队协作的经验
● 熟悉 Figma 等设计工具,具备参与线框与内容原型设计的能力
● 对多语言与跨文化的数字产品体验具备敏感度和理解力

Minimum Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Linguistics, Localization, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field 
● 3+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or related product content roles
● Proven ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them clearly to diverse, global audiences
● Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and research teams
● Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma) and ability to contribute to wireframes and design mocks
● Sensitivity to multilingual and cross-cultural considerations in digital product experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

● Strong understanding of content standardization in platform-based products, including experience building content component libraries, writing guidelines, and maintaining terminology systems
● Native or near-native fluency in English, with the ability to independently write, review, and manage English content in global team settings
● Comfortable working in agile teams and communicating effectively across time zones and languages in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment

Responsibilities
● Design and refine product copy across key business workflows to ensure clarity, professionalism, and alignment with user intent
● Create intuitive and efficient experiences by shaping clear information architecture and content flows for complex tasks, collaboration, and user guidance
● Apply systematic thinking to build scalable content frameworks, continuously reviewing and optimizing information architecture and content consistency to improve overall clarity and cohesion
● Maintain and update in-product content on a regular basis for accuracy and coherence and collaborate with multilingual experts to develop AI-assisted localization rules and standards
● Use design tools such as Figma to contribute to content prototyping and high-fidelity design deliverables, improving communication efficiency across teams
● Partner closely with localization teams to ensure content remains clear, accurate, and culturally appropriate across languages and regions
● Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and iteration efficiency while maintaining brand consistency and content quality at scale
● Actively participate in cross-functional reviews, providing and embracing constructive feedback to continuously refine the user experience
● Demonstrate strong judgment and decision-making abilities to identify potential user risks and drive the development and execution of key content strategies that support overall experience goals
