Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, data insights, or business intelligence. 3. Advanced proficiency in SQL, with strong capability to create, maintain, update, and design complex queries. 4. Exceptional written, verbal, and professional communication skills in both English and Chinese. 5. Proven ability to work independently on multiple high-priority initiatives, managing time effectively to meet deadlines. 6. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and offer innovative solutions. 7. • Define and deliver large-scale BI solutions, including data modeling, KPI standardization, and pipeline automation. • Lead migration of legacy reporting into modern AWS QuickSight and other BI platforms. • Establish and maintain data foundations for social and marketing data, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance. • Conduct advanced analytics, including user behavior modeling, segmentation, and marketing campaign measurement. • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve seller journeys, marketing effectiveness, and AI agent performance. • Collaborate with marketing operation team, data engineers, product managers, SDEs, financial analysts, and data scientists to design metrics and guide business decisions. • Drive best practices in operational excellence, data quality management, and data governance. - Collaborate with both regional and departmental teams, developing, optimizing and standardizing the process and guidelines to be used across the regional teams in campaign area. - Analyze marketing and product data, identify product line improvement opportunity in campaign area. - Collaborate with departmental, regional teams as well as cross-functional teams, help shape product hooks, deals products to ensure the sustainable growth for product lines in campaign area. - Hold campaign team members accountable for campaign mechanism testing and learning. - Develop strong, cross-functional relationships across sourcing, product, BI, service and regional teams.
