任职要求
1.计算机/数学/统计学等相关专业硕士以上学历，3年以上推荐/搜索算法经验； 2.精通协同过滤、深度学习、强化学习等推荐算法，熟悉GraphNN、Transformer等模型在推荐系统的应用； 3.具备扎实的工程能力，熟练掌握Python/Java/C++，有TensorFlow/PyTorch等框架的大规模落地经验； 4.有电商组货策略、需求预测、多模态推荐等实战经验者优先； 5.在KDD/WWW/RecSys等顶会发表过论文，或在Kaggle等竞赛取得优异成绩者优先。
工作职责
