1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，熟练使用python（或java、C++）、sql等编程语言 2.参与过搜广推、智能体应用、计算机视觉/自然语言处理/语音识别应用等至少一个领域的工程项目研发 3.对Al技术有较强的探索和自驱力，能够时刻跟进AI领域行业内外新进展，挖掘应用空间 4.有大模型微调、AI应用服务开发（GPU部署、Langchain、大模型API、MCP）或社区 （HuggingFace/ModelScope/Civitai等）相关使用经验者优先 5.有大数据开发（Hive、Spark、Flink）相关经验者优先
工作职责
1.探索多模态、智能体等大模型前沿技术，发掘天猫超市业务中的新机遇，能够进行创新实践落地 2.参与构建涵盖模型选型、微调、部署、计算优化、工程应用的全链路大模型服务框架及应用平台 3.挖掘并负责图文生成、Agent应用等多项关键技术在业务域内的技术难点攻坚
