任职要求
1、了解计算机原理、数据结构、设计模式、网络编程、UI 框架等基本应用开发知识 2、熟练终端技术至少一门语言（如Kotlin、Java、OC、HTML/CSS/JavaScript等），良好的动手能力和分析解决问题能力 3、有良好的数据意识，有通过数据发现、评估解决问题的能力及经验 4、 能够面向终端需求进行功能设计并实现，能进行局部的代码优化和改进 5、具备好奇心和持续学习能力，乐于分享总结，并且能独立的解决问题 6、有大型App/前端架构，跨端/跨栈(arkTS、ReactNative、Weex)研发经验的实践经验优先 7、有音视频/直播/内容电商相关开发经验者优先
工作职责
1、负责淘宝直播用户产品的终端开发工作(Android/iOS/鸿蒙(Kotlin |arkTS)/Web/Weex) 2、关注用户体验，持续的性能优化，实现极致的页面加载、执行和渲染优化 3、通过对业务深刻的理解，改进技术方案，提高团队整体的研发效率和质量 4、沉淀终端技术解决方案、构建面向终端开发者（App&Web）的解决方案
