任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机/数学/金融工程相关专业，3~5年金融风控建模经验 2、精通Python/Java，熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow框架及Hadoop/Spark生态 3、具备大模型微调经验（如Llama、ChatGLM），熟悉LoRA、Prompt Engineering等技术 4、有金融领域大模型落地案例，如风险报告生成、智能客服风控拦截等
工作职责
1、基于LLM（大语言模型）构建金融风控分析引擎，实现信贷反欺诈、用户画像生成、异常交易识别等场景的智能化决策 2、开发端云协同风控系统，结合隐私计算技术实现多方数据安全融合与风险建模 风控策略优化与落地 1、设计信贷全生命周期风控模型（A/B/C卡），通过大模型优化特征工程、模型融合及策略调优 2、构建动态风险指标监测体系，开发实时反欺诈规则引擎，降低资损率 3、探索多模态大模型在金融场景的应用，如风险策略生成等
