1、5年以上java后端相关工作经验，有扎实的计算机基础知识和编程功底； 2、熟悉多线程编程，熟悉 JVM，熟悉常见的开源分布式中间件、缓存、消息队列等，熟悉 MySQL，熟悉 Linux下的 DevOps； 3、熟悉面向对象设计，有一定的系统架构设计能力； 4、热爱技术，对代码质量和开发规范有严格的要求，善于沟通与团队协作； 5、有大型分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用性系统设计和稳定性经验优先。
工作职责
职位描述： 1、参与同程艺龙酒店相关项目的产品需求开发，发掘和分析业务需求，撰深入写技术方案和系统设计，以及相关的代码开发 2、对接其它项目组，与前后端、上下游进行沟通协调，完成项目的技术方案对接。 3、分析和发现系统的优化点，负责对系统的性能和可用性进行提升和改造； 4、为团队引入创新的技术、创新的解决方案，用创新的思路解决问题。
