任职要求
1.计算机、人工智能、数学、物理等相关专业硕士及以上毕业。 2.具备3年以上深度神经网络自然语言处理工作经验。 3.对 AIGC、LLM技术与应用有极高的热情，技术学习能力好。 4.熟悉 C/C++或者 Python 编程语言，熟练典型深度学习框架，熟悉经典的深度学习模型 5.具备LLM实际用经验，有系统化的模型微调prompt优化、效果评估经验。 6.有LLM实际训练经验者优先，如BERTLlama2等。 7.在文心一言/通义千问等国内主要大模型厂商有大模型构建经验者优先。 8.良好的问题理解能力和系统设计能力，能针对问题设计恰当的模型和落地方案，参与和指导团队完成实现。 9.良好的沟通和团队合作能力。
工作职责
1.负责公司大模型应用研究，探索大模型利用企业特定知识解决领域问题的可行模式，指导团队完成大模型在各场景的应用落地。 2.针对问题场景，建设领域可用大模型，并建立模型友好的数据标准，持续推动企业数据的高效使用。 3.和工程团队配合，完成大模型在生产环境的工程化落地。 4.达成大模型生产化的业务效果，包括智能对话，旅行规划，产品推荐，多模态内容生成等方面，创造业务价值。
