任职要求： 本科学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上工作经验； 精通Windows平台架构相关产品，包括DC/Exchange/DNS/DFS/ADFS/DHCP等，具备大中型多站点windows架构设计、规划、实施及运维管理经验； 精通常用服务器设备及数据备份、恢复经验及相关故障诊断和处理能力； 精通系统脚本命令，能够独立编写脚本提升效率，比如PowerShell，CMD等； 热爱新技术，具备深度钻研精神； MCITP、MCSE认证优先，熟悉Linux系统管理与应用优先； 具有开发经验者优先（python或Java）； 良好的团队意识和协作精神，较强的责任心和自驱力。
工作职责
职位描述： 负责集团内DC/AD域、ADFS、Exchange邮箱等核心办公系统产品的整体规划，实施和运维，致力于提升系统稳定性和高效运转； 负责集团内DFS文件系统、DHCP、DNS等基于Windows平台架构的产品运维； 负责集团内VPN系统日常运维和稳定性保障； 负责集团数据设备等容灾与备份，定期进行应急演练，备份数据测试，保障系统和数据安全； 提供高效的办公IT解决方案，提升用户工作效率。
