任职要求
1、电子工程、微电子、计算机、通信等相关专业; 2、掌握基本电路与计算机知识,基本功扎实; 3、熟悉数字电路设计流程,掌握Verilog/VHDL等HDL语言; 4、理解计算机体系结构、总线协议(如AMBA、AXI)、低功耗设计方法; 5、熟悉ASIC设计工具或FPGA开发流程; 6、掌握以下技能的优先: 1)ISP方向:了解图像处理算法(如降噪、HDR)、视频编解码(H.264/HEVC); 2)NPU方向:熟悉神经网络加速器架构、Tensor核心设计或AI芯片优化; 3)通信IP方向:掌握通信协议(如LDPC/FFT/MIMO)或基带处理流程; 4)SOC方向:有MCU/CPU/DSP集成经验,熟悉总线互联或芯片安全设计; 5)硬件解决方案方向:具有较强的电子及通信等领域基础知识及解决问题能力,在SoC,PMIC,PCB子系统的电源及信号完整性有丰富经验知识; 6)有较强软硬件问题分析及调测能力,在电磁学,RF理论和技术及模拟电路方面有扎实基础知识。 7、有以下经验者优先: 1)有芯片设计竞赛(如全国大学生集成电路大赛)、流片或FPGA项目经验; 2)熟悉脚本语言(Python/Perl/TCL)等; 3)发表过相关领域论文或专利者; 8、具备良好的英语读写能力,对芯片行业有强烈兴趣。
工作职责
1、参与大规模数字集成电路的前端设计、验证及综合,涵盖ISP(图像信号处理)、NPU(神经网络处理器)、通信IP(如卫星通信/Cellumar/BLE/Wi-Fi)、SOC等方向。 2、负责模块级或芯片级RTL设计、仿真验证、时序分析及功耗优化,确保满足性能、面积和功耗(PPA)目标。 3、参与芯片架构定义与微架构设计,撰写设计文档并协同算法、后端团队完成芯片交付。 4、开发验证环境(UVM/SystemVerilog),完成模块级和系统级功能验证。 5、支持FPGA原型验证及芯片量产测试,分析并解决设计中的问题。 6、参与主SoC和自有芯片的应用和验证,覆盖硬件规格制定、管脚和封装设计、单体及板级的测试开发与验收、原理图设计等。
