任职要求 1、专业基础： 计算机、软件工程、通信、人工智能、自动化、数学等相关专业优先，具备扎实的计算机基础知识； 2、全栈技术功底： 熟悉至少一种主流编程语言，包括但不限于 Java、C/C++、Python、JavaScript、TypeScript、Go 等；理解数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络、数据库等基础知识； 3、现代前端能力： 熟悉 React、Next.js、Vue、TypeScript、Tailwind CSS 等现代前端技术之一或多种，能够独立完成高质量交互界面开发； 4、后端与数据能力： 熟悉 Node.js、Python、Java、Serverless、Prisma、Supabase、PostgreSQL、MySQL、Redis 等后端或数据技术之一或多种，具备接口设计、服务开发和数据建模能力； 5、AI Native 思维： 深度使用至少一种 AI 代码编辑或辅助开发工具，如 Cursor、Claude Code、Trae等，理解 AI 生成代码的优势、边界和风险； 6、提示词工程能力： 具备良好的 Prompt Engineering 能力，能够将业务需求拆解为清晰、可执行、可验证的 AI 指令，并通过多轮对话持续优化生成结果； 7、RAG 与智能体能力： 具备 RAG 方案设计、知识库构建、多智能体协作设计、开发、调试经…
