任职要求 1、本科及以上学历 计算机、人工智能、软件工程、数学等相关专业本科及以上学历，具备 5年以上软件开发经验，其中有大模型、机器学习或智能应用相关项目经验。 2、具备扎实的 AI 全栈技术能力，能够独立完成从模型训练/调优、推理部署到 Agent 应用开发的端到端交付。 3、熟悉主流大模型技术体系，深入理解 Transformer、注意力机制、预训练、微调、对齐、推理等核心原理。 4、熟练掌握 Python，具备良好的工程开发能力；熟悉 PyTorch、Transformers、vLLM、TensorRT-LLM、DeepSpeed、Ray 等相关框架或工具。 5、具备大模型微调与评测实战经验，熟悉 LoRA、QLoRA、SFT、DPO、RLHF…
