任职要求 1、学历与专业背景： 计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习、电子工程、数学等相关专业硕士及以上学历。 2、NLP 经验： 3年以上自然语言处理相关领域的研发经验，对 NLP 基础理论和常用算法有扎实理解。 3、编程能力： 精通 Python，具备优秀的工程实现能力；熟悉至少一种主流深度学习框架，如 PyTorch 或 TensorFlow。 4、大模型经验： 熟悉 Transformer、BERT、GPT 等预训练语言模型，并有实际使用和微调（Fine-tuning）大语言模型（如 Llama, GLM, GPT 系列等）的实践经验。 5、综合素质： 具备优秀的分析和解决问题能力，良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，对技术充满热情。 专业方向（至少精通一项）： …
