任职要求 基础与经验（硬性） 1、3年以上Python开发经验 + 1年AI Agent开发经验，本科及以上学历（计算机、软件工程等相关专业）。 2、精通Python，熟悉Flask、FastAPI或Django等至少一种Web框架。 3、熟练掌握MySQL（索引优化、SQL调优、Schema设计）、Redis（数据结构、分布式锁、缓存设计）、消息队列（RabbitMQ/RocketMQ/Kafka等）及Elasticsearch（文本检索、分布式搜索）。 4、熟悉LLM生态，有LangChain、LlamaIndex、AutoGen、CrewAI等至少一种Agent框架的实际开发或研究经验。 5、熟悉RAG完整链路，了解向量数据库（如Milvus、Pineco…
