1、负责核心业务系统的架构设计、模块开发、单元测试与持续交付，保障系统高可用与高并发能力； 2、参与微服务架构演进与分布式系统建设，主导性能调优、故障排查与技术债务清理； 3、编写高质量、可维护的代码，严格执行代码评审（Code Review）规范，推动研发效能提升； 4、配合产品、测试、SRE团队完成需求评审、灰度发布与线上监控告警体系建设； 5、跟踪业界前沿技术（如云原生、AI工程化、数据智能），在合规前提下推动技术落地。
