硬性要求： - 硕士及以上学历，计算机/数学/电子工程相关专业，- 精通cv/Transformer/GPT等模型原理， - 具备以下至少一个领域经验： 大模型预训练/微调/RLHF 多模态大模型的预训练/微调/RLHF 多模态对齐（文本+图像/视频/语音） Agent框架开发（如AutoGPT、ReAct等） 知识库的搭建 - 熟悉Hugging Face/LangChain/LLaMA-Index等工具链 - 扎实的算法基础，ACM/Kaggle竞赛获奖者优先 加分项： - 顶会论文发表（NeurIPS/ICML/ACL/CVPR等） - 有开源项目贡献或技术博客影响力 - 具备亿级参数模型训练或商业级AI产品落地经验
工作职责
1. 主导大语言模型（LLM）/多模态大模型的架构设计、训练调优及落地部署 2. 研发Agent智能体框架，实现复杂任务规划、工具调用与自主决策能力 3. 构建领域知识库系统，优化知识抽取、存储与推理链路 4 熟悉cv等相关的技术 5. 跟踪CV/NLP/多模态领域前沿技术，推动研究成果产品化
