工作职责
1. 为用户提供多渠道（企业微信、现场、自助报障等）的IT桌面服务，包括但不限于：Windows/苹果笔记本、Windows台式机、显示器故障诊断与排查、操作系统（Windows/macOS）、常用办公软件、职场办公网络（无线/有线）等设备和服务的问题解决与支持； 2. 负责职场设施设备的日常运营，包括但不限于：打印机、投影仪、投屏设备、调音台、门禁；负责会议/直播/现场活动/VIP支持； 3. 负责IT固定资产全生命周期管理，包括采买、验收、发放、盘点、库存管理、处置等； 4. 参与面向用户的标准化服务事项值班，服务事项包括桌面服务和应用运营服务，如：权限配置、消息推送、流程维护、主数据维护等； 5. 维护IT知识库文档，提高用户自助和AI问答能力；参与团队内部项目工作，主动完成团队内部分配的其他工作事项。
1、 根据服务请求完成关于操作系统、应用软件、邮件客户端、打印系统、网络、办公设备以及呼叫中心等方面的安装、管理、维护； 2、 解决排除各种硬件故障，定期升级系统，保证系统顺利运行； 3、 桌面设备（台式机、笔记本、打印机）安装、调试、配置及维护 4、 定期检测网络及IT设备，保证设备正常运行 5、 配合完成总部IT服务中心派发的其他任务和执行流程 6、 保证天津客服中心网络与呼叫中心稳定运行
1. 为用户提供多渠道（电话，企业微信，现场等）的IT支持服务； 2. 负责或参与IT服务运营体系能力建设，通过流程设计、规范制定、知识管理、培训及考核等手段，提升团队服务能力； 3. 负责组织各种形式的主动运营，提升用户对IT服务的感知度、满意度及团队口碑； 4. 分析运营指标，跟踪服务质量，推动持续改善； 5. 协助leader完成桌面支持和应用运营团队的日常工作管理、协调和统筹资源。

The IT Manufacturing Support Engineer is a unique role on the front lines of Tesla manufacturing. We solve problems every day and interact with different technologies to support Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. Responsibilities • Primary responsibility is to keep manufacturing lines running, (IT device reliability and availability, IT environment security). • Design, install, support, upgrade, replace, and remediate all industry IT hardware along manufacturing lines. • Quickly respond to requests and incidents from our customers. • Troubleshoot Hardware, Operating System and software issues. • Troubleshoot Network issues from the client up to the switch and IDF. • Interface with the various manufacturing groups to understand issues. • Interpret how to solve long term needs within the framework of IT MFG standards. • Cooperate with manufacturing on participant in IT projects to build or reforming Tesla manufacturing lines.
