任职要求
1. 全国统招全日制大学本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业或信息管理相关专业； 2. 两年以上Android平台开发经验、熟练掌握Java/Kotlin等编程语言、熟悉C/C++用于NDK/JNI底层开发； 3. 深入理解Android系统架构，基础组件、精通Android平台下的高性能编程及性能优化和常用的开发模式； 4. 熟悉常用的通信协议，如蓝牙、TCP/IP等，熟悉常用的车载多媒体播控开发； 5. 熟练使用Android Studio、Git、性能分析工具（Systrace、Perfetto等），具备 6. 熟悉Android系统下音、视频播放开发及相关播放问题的分析解决； 7. 有从事过相关智能车载平台开发经验者优先； 8. 有车载语音交互，导航，仪表盘，投屏等应用开发经验者优先。
工作职责
1. 负责公司智能座舱Android平台下相关音乐类App/SDK的开发和维护； 2. 基于厂商系统和屏幕尺寸等进行车载定制化版本的开发适配，及各种cpu架构底层库的开发适配； 3. 解决Android系统的一些碎片化适配问题、对app整体性能进行调优（如cpu，内存等），提高播放稳定性； 4. 和车载厂商/项目人员沟通，分析并解决开发过程中遇到的各种车机系统适配问题； 5. 产品团队，UI团队协作配合，确保功能需求和用户体验的完美落地。
