工作职责
- 负责TikTok矩阵运营，包括账号定位和增长策略、内容排播和策划、上传发布、版权处理、评论维护和舆情监控等工作； - 深入研究海外市场偏好和TT分发机制，生产制作符合平台和用户喜好的视频、打造爆款，为站内引流； - 监控平台用户反馈，及时响应，维护良好品牌形象； - 研究行业优秀案例和竞手动态，梳理总结方法，迭代运营思路。
- Responsible for managing social media accounts with the aim of maximizing views and achieving follower growth. - Independently takes over content scheduling, creative production, post publishing, and data monitoring, taking advantage of internal AI tools to improve efficiency. - Localizes and optimizes the promotion plan for new titles based on conditions such as market characteristics and user demographics of the account. - Actively collects industry insights, including but not limited to tracking trending topics, monitoring competitors, and learning platform products and mechanisms.
