任职要求
1.Competence in various aspects of production, including producing, directing, scriptwriting and editing. 2.Experience in developing and executing scripted drama is preferred over factual (but having factual experience is plus). 3.Demonstrable knowledge of production and staffing rates, and local conventions (production processes). 4.Must demonstrate strong knowledge and relationships with key players in the production industry, including emerging production talent, on-screen talent, (or agents) and production companies. 5.Evidence of ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear and speedy communication. 6.Experience at both the network and production company sides of the industry is a real plus. 7.Needs to be effectively bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia. 8.People management skills, to marshal internal and external resources in the pursuit of key objectives.
工作职责
1.To provide administrative, editorial and production support to iQiyi’s original productions team, with the goal of helping identify and develop suitable proposals for drama series and other content deemed appropriate for commissions and co-productions. 2.Focused on supporting the development and editorial supervision of original productions. The objective is to create “best in class” original productions that support viewership goals and revenue whilst creating local buzz. 3.Applying deep local industry knowledge, this role is also crucial in helping the Commissioning Committee identify creative talent (on-screen and off) plus manage communications and workflow between parties (external and internally) during the development, project green-light and initiation phases. This includes staying on top of production confirmations, schedules, deliverables, and budget tracking. 4.Must successfully collaborate with and provide editorial guidance to production companies and is ultimately responsible for the smooth delivery of original productions from their production ‘green-light’ to material delivery stage. 5.The Producer will also cater efficiently to managing the supervising producer, script doctor and production manager along with other relevant iQiyi departments that require timely information, coordination, and material delivery.
1. Meet sales quota; measured in number of customers acquired and revenue signed. 2. Manage a territory. Develop and execute territory plans to acquire beach head, win lighthouse projects and achieve (and exceed) individual quota. 3. Build pipeline, maintain good CRM cadence and pipeline health through excellent time management and sales discipline. 4. Collaborate closely with Solution Architect, Product Development and Management team to feedback on customers’ requirements and to lead opportunity development. 5. Work closely with Marketing and Business Development Representative team to drive the Demand Generation activities and build the pipeline for the ASEAN region with a focus in the named account list. 6. Co-sell with partners in your assigned territory to drive optimized conversion rates.
