Requirements 1. Min 8 years in public relations, with experience include but not limited to reputation PR, consumer/ marketing communications, and integrated communications and social-led PR campaigns 2. Preferably to have agency and in-house background. Experience in an eCommerce is a plus point. 3. Experienced in managing a wide range of projects, and been ingrained with a ‘client-centered’ service mindset 4. Good knowledge on Indonesian mainstream and social media landscape, and possesses strong relationships with mainstream corporate and consumer media in Indonesia 5. Strong writing skills 6. Fluency in English (both written and verbal) 7. Creative – comes up with refreshing, fun and executable ideas 8. Experienced in driving a wide range of national projects, and navigating through regional-local working relationship in a culturally diverse environment 9. Experienced in social media management and event management/organizing 10. Social media savvy and able to spot trends, and has good understanding of digital and social media scene in Indonesia 11. Able to be resourceful and work independently, with guidance 12. Strong skills in collaboration, timely planning and project management 13. Conscientious and tenacious in working with and around challenges; and always with a sense of urgency 14. Team player and knows how to build rapport and collaborations with other departments

Basic Job Description 1. Strategic PR drives, work with the business to build and tell stories that appeal to Lazada diverse audiences – consumers, sellers, brands, potential partners and other stakeholders 2. Provide PR consult and recommendations to stakeholders in the business 3. Collaborate with other functions to align and complement communications efforts (Marketing, social, category/commercial and campaign, business intelligence, customer care, etc.) 4. Develop strategic PR plans, including 360º content ideas for storytelling, and drive execution 5. Develop templates, messaging, and press materials 6. Pitch stories to national and local media 7. Create and execute non-campaign national and local PR initiatives, from organic approach, content partnership, to other strategic collaboration 8. Track and report results in timely manner 9. Support on issues management and executive thought leadership
Job Description: 1. Manage Logistics procurement categories such as hub/warehouse lease, logistics services, engineering & constructions 2. Liaise with related stakeholders to address business requirements and support with aligned timeline 3. 1.To provide administrative, editorial and production support to iQiyi’s original productions team, with the goal of helping identify and develop suitable proposals for drama series and other content deemed appropriate for commissions and co-productions. 2.Focused on supporting the development and editorial supervision of original productions. The objective is to create “best in class” original productions that support viewership goals and revenue whilst creating local buzz. 3.Applying deep local industry knowledge, this role is also crucial in helping the Commissioning Committee identify creative talent (on-screen and off) plus manage communications and workflow between parties (external and internally) during the development, project green-light and initiation phases. This includes staying on top of production confirmations, schedules, deliverables, and budget tracking. 4.Must successfully collaborate with and provide editorial guidance to production companies and is ultimately responsible for the smooth delivery of original productions from their production ‘green-light’ to material delivery stage. 5.The Producer will also cater efficiently to managing the supervising producer, script doctor and production manager along with other relevant iQiyi departments that require timely information, coordination, and material delivery.

1.Participate in the overseas product planning of ColorOS, complete the industry market opportunity research, competitive analysis, trend analysis, user population insights, cooperation proposals, etc., plan and output ColorOS overseas product competitiveness solutions; 2.Business scope mainly involves overseas software experience planning, cooperation expansion between Google and other head partners. Combined with industry development, application ecological analysis, market feedback, and partner strategic goal alignment, we carry out systematic product function planning, cooperation proposal, and product planning document output; 3.Through cross-company and cross-departmental communication and coordination, inventory the resources of all parties, identify opportunities to build the competitiveness of ColorOS overseas products, and cooperate with cross-team roles to promote cooperation and program.
