- Identify and build external partnerships; source and develop high-potential overseas concepts and story ideas； - Oversee script development and production coordination for overseas short-form dramas; secure reliable, high-quality local production partners； - Supervise all stages of content creation and review final short-form episodes for quality control； - Monitor writers’ room progress and ensure on-time delivery of completed series； - Track market trends in real time; introduce new IPs quickly and feed key industry intelligence back to the team.
• Produce, edit, and publish creative videos, ensuring alignment with content strategy, account positioning, and quality standards • Create engaging, high-quality videos using templates, effects, and trending audio, while introducing fresh video templates monthly for the Thai market • Collaborate with team to maintain a cohesive brand voice, ensure high-quality content, and execute creative strategies effectively
1. According to the campaigns, complete the localized ad copy writing and modification. 2. Monitor and sort out travel hot trendy keywords from users’ search queries in key target markets.
• Manage Thai product compliance operation teams and processes to ensure effective workflow. • Implement best-in-class processes and practices for maintaining and exceeding productivity, quality, and service level agreements. • Actively and continuously improve workflow and resource management to ensure effective use of resources and adherence to service level agreements. • Develop resource and hiring plans to ensure we acquire the right number of qualified personnel who can onboard in a timely manner. • Provide focused feedback loops for teams based on performance and quality data. Develop and reward strong performers. • Analyze key business levers to identify trends and proactively take action to improve efficiency and quality. • Work with tech teams to articulate and prioritize feature needs for systems and tools. • Recruit top-quality employees. Develop employees and their skill sets to expand team capabilities and provide growth opportunities for future Amazon leaders. • Lead or participate in local and global projects.
