任职要求 同上 工作职责 岗位介绍 我们希望寻找一位具备扎实后端开发能力和模型落地经验的工程师，面向不同行业的实际业务需求，完成轻量模型的选型、微调、部署，以及 Agent Harness 的搭建与业务系统集成，推动 AI 能力从方案验证走向生产应用。 岗位职责 深入理解行业业务流程，将实际需求转化为可落地的 AI 技术方案，完成模型选型、效果验证、系统开发与上线交付。 负责 Java / Python 后端服务开发，建设模型调用接口、业务接口及数据处理链路，实现 AI 能力与现有系统的集成。 负责开源轻量模型及行业模型的私有化部署、推理服务搭建和性能优化，平衡模型效果、响应速度与资源成本。 根据业务场景构建和清洗训练数据，开展模型微调、效果评测与迭代，提升模型在行业任务中的准确性和稳定性。 搭…
