工作描述
任职要求 1. 计算机相关方向，基础理论扎实，如高等数学，数据结构，算法，操作系统，软件工程，体系结构，编译原理等。ACM等计算机相关竞赛获奖者优先考虑。 2. 具备强烈的技术好奇心，专注中间件某个方向，如网关（Nginx/Higress/APISix/Kong）、服务网格（Istio/Envoy）、Agent开发框架等领域至少5年。有维护或者研发生产级高可用分布式系统者优先考虑。 3. 熟练掌握 C++或者Golang编程语言及其技术栈。具备良好的软件工程研发素质、极限编程以及敏捷开发经验者优先。 4. 熟悉AI Agent、MCP、A2A、Memory相关领域知识，有实际AI Agent、MCP开发经验的优先考虑。 5. 在国际会议、期刊上有高水…
